  2. Check all the ui policy which are on incident table.
  3. Check following client script which are on incident table
    1. (BP) Hide Close Notes and Code
    2. (BP) Close Mandatory on Close or Resolve
    3. Hide related lists
    4. Worknotes mandatory onChange of priority
    5. Highlight VIP Caller
  4. Check following Business rules which are on incident table
    1. incident autoclose
    2. incident reopen
    3. Incident State Active on Assignment
    4. mark_closed  (table=incident)
    5. Update Problem Incident Count
    6. reassignment counter
    7. Reopen Count
  5. Create a unique field on your custom table and try to create duplicate entry
